Contact ASM for Asbestos Surveys, Testing, Removal & Project Support
Tell us the property or site location, what you need to achieve and when the work is required. You do not need to know the exact asbestos service before contacting us — send the information you have and our team can help identify the appropriate next step.
From one suspect material in a home to national property portfolios, refurbishment programmes, demolition, asbestos removal, air monitoring and asbestos-impacted land, ASM supports projects throughout England, Scotland and Wales.
Stop further disturbance before trying to clean the area
Keep people away where reasonably practicable and do not sweep, dry-dust, drill, cut, scrape or use a domestic vacuum cleaner on suspect asbestos debris. Contact ASM with the site details and explain exactly what has happened so the appropriate next action can be assessed.
Three quick ways to start your asbestos enquiry
Use whichever route is easiest. Photographs, existing asbestos reports, drawings and specifications can help us understand the requirement, but photographs alone cannot confirm whether a material contains asbestos.
Speak to the team
Best where the requirement is urgent, you are unsure which survey is needed or you want to discuss a project before sending documents.

Larger project, national portfolio or confidential instruction?
ASM supports corporate estates, construction programmes, property portfolios, major projects, renewable-energy developments and sensitive acquisition work as well as one-off property enquiries.
Commercial confidentiality is treated as an important project requirement. Asset lists, acquisition targets, controlled locations, client information and commercially sensitive findings can be handled under agreed NDA and project-specific document-control arrangements.
Corporate & national accounts
Multi-site surveys, reinspection programmes, management support, responsive sampling, analytical requirements and remediation coordination.
Major & infrastructure projects
Construction, demolition, industrial, wind, battery-storage, brownfield and other projects requiring coordinated specialist asbestos input.
Acquisition & international work

Does the project require more than asbestos services?
Some projects begin with an asbestos survey but then need removal, scaffolding, roofing, soft strip, demolition, construction, safety systems, solar or energy works. Where appropriate, the wider F&I Group provides access to complementary specialist businesses through one Group environment.
