A material may be associated with non-licensed, notifiable non-licensed or licensed work depending on its type, condition, quantity, duration, removal method and likely fibre release.
Asbestos removal cost depends heavily on the material
Area alone does not determine price. Two jobs covering the same number of square metres can have very different costs where one involves intact bonded cement and another involves friable insulation requiring enclosure, licensed removal, decontamination and analytical clearance.
