Most substantive AIB removal cannot sensibly be priced from a single national metre rate. The cost is determined by the complete licensed removal and access arrangement.

Board extent Continuous AIB around several elevations creates a very different project from one isolated panel.
Board condition Cracked, damaged or friable AIB can materially increase control requirements.
Fixing method Nails, screws, concealed fixings and trapped panels affect the planned removal method.
