Testing identifies the sample—not the entire property
Positive result
Do not disturb the material. Assess condition, exposure risk and whether management or removal is appropriate.
No asbestos detected
The result relates to the material submitted. It cannot clear other visually similar or concealed materials.
Construction project
A sample certificate is not a substitute for a refurbishment or demolition survey across the full work scope.
Damaged area
If dust or debris is present, seek advice on isolation, clean-up and possible air monitoring before reoccupation.

Where is the asbestos testing laboratory for Leeds samples?
